STMicroelectronics VNH5050ATR-E is a fully integrated motor driver featuring a half-bridge output configuration. This VIPower™ series device, utilizing ECOPACK® technology, is designed for brushed DC motor control with a voltage range of 5.5V to 18V. The PowerSSO-36 TP package houses two parallel Power MOSFETs, capable of delivering up to 30A output current. The driver integrates both control and power stages, offering a parallel and PWM interface for flexible operation. Operating across an automotive-grade temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ), this component is suitable for demanding applications in automotive and industrial sectors.
