STMicroelectronics LD3985G25R is a high-performance, low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator. This fixed 2.5V output device delivers up to 150mA of current with a minimal dropout voltage of just 0.1V at its maximum load. Featuring an enable control pin, it offers quiescent current of 150µA and a maximum supply current of 250µA. Integrated protection mechanisms include over current and over temperature shutdown.
