The STMicroelectronics L99VR02J is a positive programmable linear voltage regulator with a 500mA output current capability. This automotive-grade device, qualified to AEC-Q100 standards, features a low quiescent current of 130 µA and an input voltage range up to 28V. The output voltage can be programmed within a range of 0.8V to 5V, with a maximum dropout voltage of 0.5V at 500mA.
