STMicroelectronics HTS221TR is a digital output humidity and temperature sensor. This compact sensor offers a wide operating voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V and features both I2C and SPI serial interfaces for flexible integration. The HTS221TR provides accurate humidity measurements across a 0% to 100% RH range with a typical accuracy of ±4.5% RH. Temperature sensing is also supported. The device boasts a fast response time of 10 seconds.
