STMicroelectronics L6387 is an inverting half-bridge gate driver designed for high-side and low-side driving of N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs. This component features independent channels with peak output currents of 400mA sourcing and 650mA sinking. It supports bootstrap operation with a maximum high-side voltage of 600V.
