STMicroelectronics L6386 is a high-voltage half-bridge gate driver IC designed for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs. This 14-DIP packaged component features two independent drivers, each capable of sourcing 400mA and sinking 650mA peak output current. The L6386 supports a high-side voltage up to 600V via its bootstrap capability, with a maximum supply voltage of 17V. Input signals are inverting, with logic thresholds at 1.5V (VIL) and 3.6V (VIH). Typical rise and fall times are 50ns and 30ns respectively. Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ), this device is suitable for applications in industrial motor control, power supplies, and lighting systems.
