STMicroelectronics VNH9013Y is a single-chip half-bridge driver designed for automotive applications. This device integrates a high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFET power stage with a voltage and temperature sensing, as well as an embedded advanced analog control circuitry. It is qualified to the AEC-Q100 standard and operates with a load supply voltage of up to 80V. The VNH9013Y offers a continuous output current capability of 40A per channel, with low on-state resistance of 7.8mOhm for the low-side switch and 6mOhm for the high-side switch. It is suitable for driving DC motors and general-purpose loads, supporting both inductive and resistive load types. The component is housed in a PowerSSO-36 TP package for surface mounting and operates across an extended temperature range of -40°C to 175°C (TJ).
