STMicroelectronics OMNIFET II™, VIPower™ VN772KPTR-E is a half-bridge driver IC designed for controlling DC motors, general-purpose loads, and relays. This component, packaged in a 28-SOIC (0.295", 7.50mm Width) surface-mount case, offers two half-bridge output configurations. It features robust fault protection including current limiting, ESD, open load detection, over-temperature, over-voltage, short-circuit, and UVLO. The device provides a status flag for monitoring operational conditions.
