STMicroelectronics OMNIFET II™, VIPower™ VN771K is a fully integrated half-bridge driver designed for DC motor control, general-purpose applications, and relay driving. This device features two N-channel Power MOSFET output stages capable of delivering up to 9A continuous output current. The VN771K integrates a comprehensive suite of protection features including current limiting, ESD protection, open-load detection, over-temperature shutdown, over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). An integrated status flag provides diagnostic feedback. The device operates with a load supply voltage range of 5.5V to 36V. Mounting is facilitated via surface mount technology in a 28-SOIC package.
