STMicroelectronics OMNIFET II™ VIPower™ VN770P13TR is a high-side driver IC featuring a Half Bridge (2) output configuration. Designed for applications demanding robust power control, this component is suitable for driving DC motors, general-purpose loads, and relays. It operates with a load voltage up to 36V and a supply voltage range of 6V to 26V. The VN770P13TR delivers up to 9A of continuous output current per channel, with a typical Rds(On) of 270mOhm.
