STMicroelectronics OMNIFET II™, VIPower™ VN770KTR-E is a half-bridge driver designed for DC motor control, general-purpose applications, and relay driving. This device integrates two N-channel Power MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration, capable of delivering up to 9A of continuous output current. Featuring robust fault protection including current limiting, ESD, open load detection, over-temperature, over-voltage, short-circuit, and UVLO, it ensures reliable operation in demanding environments. The device offers a logic-level interface and a status flag for monitoring output conditions. It supports inductive loads and operates with supply voltages ranging from 5.5V to 36V, with a maximum load voltage of 40V. The low on-resistance (160mOhm typical) per channel minimizes power dissipation. Packaged in a 28-SOIC (0.295", 7.50mm width) for surface mounting, this component is suitable for operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
