STMicroelectronics OMNIFET II™, VIPower™ VN770KP-E is a highly integrated half-bridge driver designed for demanding applications. This device features two integrated power MOSFETs, capable of delivering up to 9A continuous output current per channel and supporting inductive loads. The VN770KP-E operates from a 5.5V to 36V supply voltage and offers robust fault protection including current limiting, ESD protection, open load detection, over-temperature shutdown, over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). It provides a status flag for monitoring device conditions and interfaces via a logic level input. Typical applications span DC motor control, general-purpose power switching, and relay driving.
