The STMicroelectronics L6206PD is a monolithic dual full-bridge driver IC designed for controlling DC and stepper motors, as well as for voltage regulator applications. This BCDMOS device features an integrated bootstrap circuit, enabling higher-side N-channel MOSFET operation. Each half-bridge output can deliver up to 2.8A continuous current, with peak currents reaching 5.6A.
