STMicroelectronics STTH9012TV1 is a fast recovery diode module featuring two independent diodes in an ISOTOP® package. Each diode is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage (Vr) of 1200 V and an average rectified forward current (Io) of 45 A. The forward voltage drop (Vf) is a maximum of 2.1 V at 45 A, with a low reverse leakage current of 30 µA at 1200 V. This device boasts a reverse recovery time (trr) of 125 ns, classifying it as a fast recovery diode. The module is designed for chassis mounting and operates at junction temperatures up to 150°C. Applications for this high-power diode array include industrial motor control, power supplies, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
