STMicroelectronics STPSC31H12CWY is a Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode array featuring a common cathode configuration. This ECOPACK®2 series component is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 1200 V and an average rectified current of 15 A per diode. The forward voltage drop at 15 A is a maximum of 1.5 V.
