STMicroelectronics STPSC10H12CWL is a Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode array, part of the ECOPACK® series. This through-hole component features a common cathode configuration with one pair of diodes. It offers a maximum DC reverse voltage rating of 1200 V and an average rectified current of 19 A per diode. The forward voltage (Vf) is 1.5 V at 5 A, with a reverse leakage of 30 µA at 1200 V.
