STMicroelectronics STPS16045TV is a dual independent Schottky diode array designed for high-current rectification applications. This component features a 45V reverse voltage rating and an 80A average rectified current capability per diode, with a low forward voltage drop of 690mV at 80A. The diode array is housed in an ISOTOP® package for efficient heat dissipation, enabling operation up to a 150°C junction temperature. Its fast recovery time, less than 500ns for currents greater than 200mA, makes it suitable for power supply designs, motor control, and industrial automation. The chassis mount configuration facilitates robust integration into demanding system architectures. The reverse leakage current is specified at 1mA at 45V.
