The STMicroelectronics A5975D is a monolithic integrated circuit designed for DC-DC step-down (buck) conversion. This device functions as a positive adjustable switching regulator, capable of delivering up to 3A of output current with an input voltage range of 4V to 36V. The output voltage is adjustable from a minimum of 1.235V up to 35V. Featuring an internal switch and a switching frequency of 250kHz, the A5975D simplifies external component selection.
