STMicroelectronics TS393CN is a dual, general-purpose comparator featuring low power consumption and an open-drain output. This CMOS device is designed for a wide supply voltage range, supporting single supplies from 2.7V to 16V or dual supplies of ±1.35V to ±8V. With a typical quiescent current of 25µA, it is suitable for battery-powered applications. The TS393CN offers excellent performance with a typical CMRR and PSRR of 71dB and a very low input bias current of 1pA at 5V. The open-drain output configuration allows for flexible interfacing with various pull-up configurations and sinking currents up to 20mA. Packaged in an 8-DIP (0.300" wide) through-hole format, this comparator finds application in industrial control, consumer electronics, and automotive systems requiring precise voltage level detection. The operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C.
