STMicroelectronics' E-ULQ2003D1 is a robust 7-channel NPN Darlington transistor array designed for demanding applications. This surface-mount component, housed in a 16-SOIC package, features a 50V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current capability of 500mA per channel.
