STMicroelectronics E-ULQ2003A is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. This component features seven independent NPN Darlington pairs, each capable of handling up to 500mA collector current and with a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 50V. The device exhibits a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 1000 at 350mA and 2V. Saturation voltage (Vce(sat)) is a maximum of 1.6V at 500µA base current and 350mA collector current. The E-ULQ2003A is designed for applications requiring the driving of medium-power loads, such as relays, solenoids, and stepper motors.
