STMicroelectronics STG4210QTR is a dual single-pole, single-throw, normally open (SPST-NO) analog switch. This device features a low on-resistance of 1.3 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 10 mOhms. The 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuit operates with a single supply voltage range of 1.65V to 4.3V. It offers a -3dB bandwidth of 58MHz and exhibits low charge injection of 49pC.
