The Skyworks Solutions Inc. Ultra™ Si566 series 566BAA001034ABGR is a dual, ultra-low jitter Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VCXO). This pin-configurable oscillator operates with LVDS outputs and supports selectable supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V. It features a base crystal resonator and offers frequency output capabilities up to 297MHz with a frequency stability of ±20ppm. The device includes an Enable/Disable function. Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 7.00mm x 5.00mm x 1.43mm, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Maximum supply current is 167mA.
