Skyworks Solutions Inc. Ultra™ Si561 Series, Part Number 561AAA001077ABGR, is a dual-frequency, ultra-low jitter crystal oscillator (XO) designed for demanding applications. This LVPECL output device operates from 2.5V or 3.3V supply voltages and features pin configurability. The oscillator delivers output frequencies of 500MHz and 3GHz with a frequency stability of ±20ppm. Its enable/disable function provides precise control.
