The Skyworks Solutions Inc. Ultra™ Si549 series 549BAHC001945BBGR is an LVDS crystal oscillator (XO) with pin-configurable frequency output. This 8-SMD, No Lead component operates from 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V supply voltages and offers selectable output frequencies of 100MHz and 125MHz. Featuring a maximum current draw of 121mA, it provides a frequency stability of ±20ppm. The device includes an Enable/Disable function. Its compact dimensions of 0.197" L x 0.126" W (5.00mm x 3.20mm) and a height of 0.052" (1.33mm) make it suitable for space-constrained applications.
