Skyworks Solutions Inc. Ultra™ Si547 series 547AAC002419BAGR crystal oscillator offers selectable output frequencies including 25MHz, 155.52MHz, 156.25MHz, and 174.703084MHz. This LVPECL output device operates from 2.5V or 3.3V supplies with a maximum current draw of 153mA. Featuring a ±20ppm frequency stability, it provides an Enable/Disable function.
