Skyworks Solutions Inc. Ultra™ Si565 series single ultra-low jitter VCXO, part number 565AAA1000M00BBGR, is a 1 GHz LVPECL oscillator designed for demanding applications. Featuring an absolute pull range of ±20ppm and frequency stability of ±20ppm, this crystal-based VCXO offers precise frequency control. It operates from 2.5V or 3.3V supply voltages and includes an Enable/Disable function.
