The Skyworks Solutions Inc. microPOWER™ series AAT3236IGV-2-5-T1 is a fixed 2.5V positive linear voltage regulator. This SOT-23-5 packaged device delivers a continuous output current of 300mA with a typical quiescent current of 150 µA. It features an enable pin for control and offers robust protection against over-temperature and short-circuit conditions. The regulator exhibits excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) from 70dB at 1kHz down to 47dB at 1MHz.
