Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI8275GAD-AM1 is a 2-channel capacitive coupling gate driver designed for high-voltage applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component provides 1000Vrms isolation and features robust common-mode transient immunity of 200kV/µs.
