Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI8275GA-AM1 is a 4A, 2-channel capacitive coupling gate driver. This AEC-Q100 qualified component provides 1000Vrms isolation and features high common mode transient immunity of 200kV/µs. Designed for automotive applications, it offers output currents of 1.8A and 4A. The device operates from a 4.2V to 30V output supply and has a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. Propagation delay is rated at 75ns maximum for both tpLH and tpHL, with a pulse width distortion of 8ns maximum. Rise and fall times are typically 10.5ns and 13.3ns respectively. The SI8275GA-AM1 is supplied in a 14-QFN (5x5) package for surface mounting and is approved by CQC, CSA, UL, and VDE.
