Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI8275AB-AM1 is a 2-channel digital isolator featuring RF coupling technology and a 4A peak output current capability. This AEC-Q100 qualified component provides 2500Vrms isolation and exhibits a minimum common-mode transient immunity of 200kV/µs. Designed for demanding applications, it offers a propagation delay of 75ns (max) and a pulse width distortion of 8ns (max). The SI827x series gate driver is suitable for automotive and industrial applications requiring robust isolation and high-performance gate driving. It is supplied in a 14-DFN (5x5) surface-mount package.
