Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si827x series SI8274GB1-IM1 is a 2-channel digital isolator gate driver featuring RF coupling technology. This component provides 2500Vrms isolation and offers robust common mode transient immunity of 200kV/µs. Designed for surface mount applications, it is supplied in a 14-QFN (5x5) package. The device delivers 1.8A high and 4A low output current, with a peak output current of 4A.
