The Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI8273GA-AM1 is a 2-channel, 1000Vrms isolation capacitive coupling gate driver. This AEC-Q100 qualified component features 4A peak output current and 1.8A/4A high/low output current capabilities. It offers a common-mode transient immunity of 200kV/µs and boasts propagation delays of 75ns maximum for both tpLH and tpHL. Pulse width distortion is limited to 8ns maximum, with typical rise and fall times of 10.5ns and 13.3ns, respectively. Designed for surface mounting, it comes in a 14-QFN (5x5) package. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, this automotive-grade device is suitable for demanding applications in electric vehicles, industrial motor drives, and power supply systems. It supports an output supply voltage range of 4.2V to 30V and holds approvals from CQC, CSA, UL, and VDE.
