Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI8261BBD-C-IMR is a single-channel, 4A capacitive coupling gate driver. This AEC-Q100 qualified component provides 5000Vrms isolation and features a minimum common mode transient immunity of 35kV/µs. Designed for robust operation, it offers peak output current of 4A with typical rise and fall times of 5.5ns and 8.5ns, respectively.
