This Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI8261ACD-C-IMR is a single-channel, capacitive-coupled gate driver designed for high-voltage applications. Featuring 5000Vrms isolation, it provides superior noise immunity with a minimum common mode transient immunity of 35kV/µs. The device offers peak output currents of 600mA and typical rise/fall times of 5.5ns and 8.5ns respectively, supporting efficient switching. With a propagation delay of 60ns (tpLH) and 50ns (tpHL), it ensures precise signal timing. Operating across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range and qualified to AEC-Q100 standards, this component is suitable for demanding automotive applications.
