Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI823H6BB-AM1 is a dual-channel capacitive coupling gate driver with 2500Vrms isolation. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers a peak output current of 6A and typical rise/fall times of 12ns. Designed for automotive applications, it features a 14-QFN (5x5) package and supports a surface mount configuration. Common mode transient immunity is rated at a minimum of 125kV/µs, with propagation delays of 30ns maximum for both tpLH and tpHL. Pulse width distortion is limited to 5ns maximum. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. Output supply voltage can range from 5.5V to 30V.
