Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si823Hx series Si823H1AB-IM1R is a single-channel, 6A peak output, capacitive coupling digital isolator. Featuring 2500Vrms isolation, this device offers a minimum Common Mode Transient Immunity of 125kV/µs and supports an output supply voltage range of 5.5V to 30V. The Si823H1AB-IM1R provides 4A output current in both high and low states, with characteristic propagation delays of 30ns (tpLH/tpHL Max) and a maximum pulse width distortion of 5ns.
