Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI8236AA-D-IM is a 1000Vrms isolated, 2-channel capacitive coupling gate driver. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers 4A peak output current and 2A/4A high/low output current. With a common mode transient immunity of 20kV/µs and a 5.6ns maximum pulse width distortion, it ensures robust operation. The device features typical 12ns rise and fall times and a maximum propagation delay of 60ns for both tpLH and tpHL. Operating from a 6.5V to 24V output supply, it is designed for demanding applications. The 14-LGA (5x5) surface-mount package is suitable for high-density designs.
