Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI8235BD-C-ISR is a 2-channel capacitive coupling digital isolator and gate driver. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers 5000Vrms isolation and is rated for automotive applications. It provides up to 4A peak output current with typical rise and fall times of 12ns. The device features high common mode transient immunity of 20kV/µs and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Propagation delays are a maximum of 60ns for both tpLH and tpHL, with a maximum pulse width distortion of 5.6ns. The SI8235BD-C-ISR is supplied in a 16-SOIC surface mount package on tape and reel, suitable for demanding applications in automotive powertrains and industrial motor control. It supports output supply voltages from 9.4V to 24V.
