Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI8235BD-C-IS is a 2-channel capacitive coupling gate driver with 5000Vrms isolation. This AEC-Q100 qualified component features 4A peak output current and 2A/4A output high/low current. The device offers a minimum common mode transient immunity of 20kV/µs and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Propagation delay is a maximum of 60ns for both tpLH and tpHL, with a maximum pulse width distortion of 5.6ns. Typical rise and fall times are 12ns.
