Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI8235AB-C-IS1 is a 2.5kVrms isolated dual-channel gate driver featuring capacitive coupling isolation technology. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers excellent common-mode transient immunity of 20kV/µs and supports output currents of 2A high and 4A low, with a peak output current of 4A. Designed for demanding applications, it boasts typical rise and fall times of 12ns and a maximum pulse width distortion of 5.6ns. The driver operates with an output supply voltage range of 6.5V to 24V and is housed in a 16-SOIC surface-mount package. Approved by CQC, CSA, UR, and VDE, it is suitable for automotive and industrial power control systems.
