Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI8233BB-C-IS is a 2-channel digital isolator with gate driver functionality. This AEC-Q100 qualified component utilizes capacitive coupling technology to provide 2500Vrms isolation. It features a high output current capability of 4A peak and 2A in both high and low states. With a minimum common mode transient immunity of 20kV/µs, it ensures robust performance in noisy environments. The 16-SOIC package is designed for surface mounting. Typical rise and fall times are 12ns, with a maximum propagation delay of 60ns for both tpLH and tpHL. Pulse width distortion is limited to 5.6ns maximum. This device is suitable for automotive applications and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Approvals include CQC, CSA, UR, and VDE.
