Skyworks Solutions Inc. presents the SI8230BD-B-ISR, a dual-channel, capacitive-coupled gate driver with 5000Vrms isolation. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers robust performance with a minimum common mode transient immunity of 20kV/µs. It features peak output currents of 500mA and typical rise/fall times of 20ns. The SI8230BD-B-ISR supports an output supply voltage range of 9.4V to 24V, with output high and low currents specified at 250mA and 500mA respectively. Maximum propagation delays are 60ns for both tPLH and tPHL, with a maximum pulse width distortion of 5.6ns.
