Skyworks Solutions Inc. SI8220CD-A-IS is a single-channel, 2.5A capacitive coupling gate driver designed for high-voltage isolation applications. This device provides 5000Vrms of isolation and features robust common-mode transient immunity of 30kV/µs. It offers peak output currents of 2.5A with typical rise and fall times of 20ns. The SI8220CD-A-IS supports an output supply voltage range from 12.2V to 24V and operates across an extended temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Qualified to AEC-Q100 and carrying CSA, UR, and VDE approvals, this component is suitable for automotive applications, as well as industrial power supplies and motor control systems.
