The SI8622BB-B-IM1R offers 2500Vrms isolation, safeguarding sensitive circuitry from ground loops and voltage surges. With a propagation delay of just 13ns and a pulse width distortion of 4.5ns maximum, it facilitates accurate signal integrity. The device operates across a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and an extended temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
