The Silicon Labs SI7206-B-00-IVR is a Hall effect latching switch designed for robust operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. This digital switch features an open-drain output and is packaged in a compact SOT-23-3 (TO-236-3, SC-59) surface-mount configuration, supplied on tape and reel. With a supply voltage capability from 3.3V to 26.5V and a typical supply current of 950µA, the SI7206-B-00-IVR offers precise magnetic sensing with a 1.5mT trip and -1.5mT release point.
