Sharp Microelectronics PQ2L3182MSPQ is a dual output positive fixed linear voltage regulator. This SOT-89 packaged component provides two independent 1.8V and 3.3V outputs, each capable of delivering up to 250mA. Designed for efficient power management, it features a quiescent current of 400 µA and a low dropout voltage of 1V at 200mA for both outputs. The device includes over-current and over-temperature protection features. With a typical PSRR of 60dB at 400kHz, it is suitable for applications requiring stable voltage regulation in portable electronics, industrial control systems, and automotive electronics. Operating temperature range is -30°C to 80°C.

Integrated Circuit FAQs

An integrated circuit (IC) is a semiconductor chip that contains transistors, resistors, capacitors, and other electronic components on a single silicon substrate. ICs are the foundation of modern electronics and power devices such as smartphones, computers, automotive systems, and industrial equipment.

Integrated circuits work by routing electrical signals through microscopic semiconductor components fabricated onto a silicon chip. Depending on the design, ICs can process, amplify, store, or control electronic data.
