Sensata-Crydom B-2T Series SCR Module, part number B644SE-2T, is a 1.2 kV, single-phase SCR bridge designed for robust power control applications. This chassis-mount module features four SCRs with a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 1.2 kV and a non-repetitive surge current rating (ITSM) of 600A at 60Hz.
