The Semtech Corporation SC621ULTRT is a 5-output DC-DC regulator LED driver from the mAhXLife™ series. This highly integrated component utilizes a switched capacitor (charge pump) topology for efficient power conversion. It features individual channel control with a nominal output current of 25mA, and a dedicated 400mA output for camera flash applications. The device incorporates internal switches and supports analog dimming for precise light control. Designed for surface mount installation, it is provided in a 20-MLPQ-UT (3x3) package on tape and reel. Typical applications include backlighting for displays and camera flash functionality, operating within a 3V to 5.5V supply range. Ambient operating temperature is specified from -40°C to 85°C.
