Semtech Corporation's Combi-Sense® series SC1214TSTRT is a half-bridge gate driver IC featuring two non-inverting drivers. This surface-mount component, supplied in a 20-TSSOP package on tape and reel, is designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs.
